Rules and regulations

GENERAL RULES

The tournament will be played according to the valid international federation of floorball rules (IFF).

TAURNAMENT RULES

• THE GAME:
Match: 2 x 20 minutes (the clock will stop when a goal is scored and in the last 3 minutes of the second halfFinals 3 X 20 minutes (the clock will stop when a goal is scored And in the last 3 minutes of the third second half
Time out. Every team can request 30 seconds per match.

Break: Maximum of 5 minutes break in between times.• Change of ground. If one team request it.
Score: Win 3 points. Draw 1 point.
Lose of match no show. 3 points and score   5 – 0.

It is considered a lost match if the team has less than 4 players including the goal keeper, there is given a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled time of the match.

•  CLOTHING:
The team is obliged to have the same clothing in other words all have the official kit of the team which consists of:
Long or short sleeve T-shirt, short trousers, socks and sports shoes.- It is obligatory that all t-shirts have a number printed on the back.- The goal keeper will have his/her own specific kit.- The player that does not fulfil the above requirements will not be allowed to play and will be withdrawn from the arena.

•  THE QUALIFICATION OF THE GROUPS:
The qualifications for the men’s group and women’s group are decided in the following order:
1º) the total number of points obtained in the matches in each group.
2º) If two or more teams have the same points, the partial points between the teams implicated will be decisive.
3º) If the partial points obtained from the matches played by the teams implicated should be the same, the partial goal average from the matches played by the teams implicated will be decisive.
4º) If the partial goal average is the same the general goal average of the group will be decisive.
5º) If the general goal average of the group is not decisive a coin will be spun between the teams implicated to determine the qualification

• SEMI-FINAL MATCHES AND THIRD PLACE MATCHES:
If the match ends in a draw:
Extra time of 5 minutes with golden goal.  If there still is a draw a penalty shout out will decide the match, 5 per team. If there still is a draw the same players that took the penalty’s previously will carry on tacking penalty’s until a winner is decided.

•  THE FINALS:
3×20 Minutes for the finals for the men’s matches and women’s matches.If the final ends in a draw:
10 minutes extra time with golden goal. If there still is a draw a penalty shout out will decide the match, 5 per team. If there still is a draw the same players that took the penalty’s previously will carry on tacking penalty’s until a winner is decided.

•  COMPLAINTS:
DURING THE GROUP MACTCHES:
The complaints must be delivered, in writing, to the jury one hour maximum (60 minutes) after the incident in question or when the match has finalized.
There is a charge of 50€ with each complaint. The money will only be returned if the complaint is accepted.

DURING THE FINAL ROUNDS:
The complaints must be delivered, in writing, to the jury, with in ten minutes (10 minutes) after the incident in question or when the match has finalized.
There is a charge of 50€ with each complaint. The money will only be returned if the complaint is accepted.

•  GENERAL BEHAVIOR:
The players must abide by the general rules, of each establishment, in the pavilion and in the official hotels of the organization.
It is totally forbidden to bring in alcohol beverages to the spots centres.
In the official hotels of the organization the players must respect the basic rules of hygiene and cause no damage to the installations, furniture etc.Any alteration of the norms or any damages caused, the players and the teams will be held responsible

• JUDGES:
Are formed by two international referees and the Tournament Director.
The members of the jury decide on the complaints received and their decisions are final.
